Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Drowsia app published by BUSATER YAZILIM A.Ş. ("we"). By installing or using Drowsia you agree to them.
1. The service
Drowsia plays sleep and relaxation sounds, lets you mix them, save Sleep Scenes and set a sleep timer. It is a comfort and relaxation aid, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Consult a professional for sleep disorders.
2. Free and Premium
The free version includes a set of sounds, the mixer, the timer and a limited number of saved scenes. Drowsia Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks the full approved sound library, unlimited saved scenes and every premium scene. Prices are shown in the app in your store's currency before you buy.
3. Subscriptions, trials, cancellation
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, the subscription starts charging when the trial ends unless you cancel before that. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Drowsia on devices you own or control. The sounds and artwork in Drowsia are owned by or licensed to BUSATER; you may not extract, copy, redistribute or resell them, reverse-engineer the app or circumvent Premium.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove sounds and features, and may discontinue the app. Where a change materially reduces what a current subscription includes, you may cancel and the store's refund rules apply.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Drowsia is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
