Delete your Drowsia account
This page explains how to delete the account you use in Drowsia, the sleep-sound app published by BUSATER YAZILIM A.Ş.
Delete it in the app
- Open Drowsia and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm, then sign in once more with the same Apple or Google account. This proves the request is yours.
- The account is deleted immediately and the app returns to the sign-in screen.
If you cannot use the app
Write to bsdigitalapp+drowsia@gmail.com from the e-mail address of the account, with the subject "Delete my Drowsia account". If you signed in with Apple, tell us so and we will ask you for one detail that lets us find the account. We delete it within two business days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

| Purchase records: product, dates, price, store country, kept under the deleted account identifier | They are transaction records. Kept for up to 10 years, the period Turkish commercial law sets for such records, then deleted. |
| Pseudonymous usage events: a random installation identifier, app version, platform, coarse country and the event | They were never linked to your account, so they cannot be found from it. Raw events are deleted after 24 months at the latest. |
Your subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
